Eminent engineers feature in new online learning centre - EOL

Video interviews featuring some of Australia's most eminent engineers will feature as part of the launch this month of an innovative online service designed to help engineering professionals develop their skills anywhere, at any time. EOL has been launched by Engineering Education Australia and Engineers Australia. The site offers hundreds of short courses, technical presentations, recorded we-binars, case studies, videos and articles that members of the engineering team can access online, no matter where they are in Australia or overseas. It also features specially commissioned video interviews with 14 senior engineers who were in the Australian Top 100 list of engineers. In the interviews, the senior engineers give personal insights and tips on how they built their careers in engi- neering and management. EOL represents a completely new way for engineering professionals to develop their skills and undertake continuing professional development (CPD) and is believed to be a world-first in catering for all engineering specialisations.
