Metodologija Utvrđivanja Naknade Priključenja Na Toplinsku Mrežu

Utvrđivanje naknade priključenja potrošača toplinske energije na distributivnu mrežu centraliziranog toplinskog sustava nije uvijek jednoznačno određeno, a sve razvijene metode imaju uočene nedostatke. Od kriterija koji čine naknadu priključenja, najsloženiji problem predstavlja odabir odgovarajućeg pristupa uz vrednovanje parcijalnog kriterija koji se odnosi na pokriće troškova za stvaranje tehničkih i energetskih uvjeta osiguravanja traženog toplinskog kapaciteta na mjestu priključka potrošača. U radu se izlaže novi pristup utvrđivanju naknade priključenja po tzv. principu plitkog pristupa (engleski shallow connection charge principle).%The determination of the connection charges of a heat consumer to the heat distribution network of the centralised heating system is not always determined unambiguously, and all developed methods have noted defects. Among the criteria that create the connection charge the most complicated problem to solve is the selection of an adequate approach with the evaluation of the partial criteria relating to covering costs of the creation of technical and energy conditions for ensuring the required capacity at the consumer's connection point. The paper presents an original approach for determination of the connection charge based on the shallow connection charge principle.
