Spectral Method for Determination of Consistency of Expert Estimate Sets

摘要

A method of quantitative estimation of the degree of consistency of expert estimate(EE)sets is proposed which is based on their representation by spectrum. An expression is obtained for calculating the agreement coefficient in terms of expert competence, and calculation methods are determined for threshold values of this coefficient.
