Sealed bids will be received by the Suffolk County Judicial Facilities Agency in the care of the Commissioner of the Suffolk County Department of Public Works (herein referred to as the Commissioner), at the Suffolk County Department of Public Works, Purchasing Unit, Room 132, 335 Yaphank Avenue, Yaphank, New York 11980, until 11:00 AM local time on August 5, 2008 at which time they will be publicly opened and read for: New Replacement Correctional Facility At Yaphank Yaphank, New York Capital Project No. 3008 The work consists of the following: Bid Package D: New Building Construction Please note: This is a single prime contractor bid. No individual mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security and/or fire protection contractor bids will be accepted. All work is included under the single prime contractor bid.
