The increasingly global construction market requires skilled business leaders to handle the complex economic, social and environmental factors that shape strategic decisions now and in the future. Today's most successful executives must apply global, strategic and operational leadership skills to succeed. Teaching these skills is a critical part of the industry's first Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Concrete Industry Management (CIM) offered through the Jennings A. Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Unlike any other MBA in the country, the CIM program is a highly focused and selective program designed to help educate future leaders about the forces that shape the concrete and construction industry.
