Festival of Art, Artists and Scale Model Exhibition, Lizio, France 2011

After reading the item by John Arrowsmith in Club Newsround in the August 2011 edition of Engineering in Miniature and being on holiday in the Brittany area, my family searched out the Breton village festival and scale model exhibition in Lizio, northern France. On one Sunday in August the whole village is turned over to the Fete, the roads are blocked off and entry is €5 (about £4.50) which is great value compared to some of our events.
