Simple Spark Erosion Machine

At Harrogate the machine ran perfectly on its demonstration runs. I had put in the brass anti rotation collar and the slot for the hacksaw blade as shown on the plans. I then saw the possibility of using both sides of the cast iron bearing block with two fingers of steel or brass attached to the brass anti rotation collar. I think this might give me more control when I want to do squares or any other shapes such as square holes in the wheels or splines.
