摘要

Following the discusser’s request, the writer now presents thenapplication of the authors’ model to two new case studies. Bothncase studies are under steady-flow conditions and are characterizednby the presence of a shock that has the form of the hydraulic jumpnseparating supercritical flow (upstream) and subcritical flown(downstream). In particular, in the first case study (Fig. 1), whichnis the variation of the steady-flow case studies proposed in thepaper, a channel with a bump is considered; in the second casenstudy (Fig. 2), which is identical to the second presented by thendiscusser, it arises because of channel friction.
