With the summer holidays in full swing, we Brits continue to jet off in significant numbers as usual for our annual bout of parboiling under a variety of European skies. Clutching our precious euros as spending money we are secure in the knowledge that we will be changing any remainder back into familiar Sterling on our return - for the time being at least. In the aftermath of the prudent chancellor's decision to give an absolutely positive 'maybe' on our future entry to the eurozone, the neighbours at numbers 10 and 11 in Downing Street seem to have come to some sort of arrangement. Perhaps the Browns at number 11 get to move next door if the Blairs at number 10 get to scrap the pound.
