PERSPECTIVE ON POWER

摘要

It has become something of a cliche to describe the global electrical power industry in general and that in the UK in particular, as having undergone greater and more extensive changes over the last two decades than virtually any other industrial sector. Although the phraseology may be worn, it is no less true and as the UK Government's recently published White Paper on energy has underlined, the world of electrical engineering is being forced to explore even more fresh commercial and technological fields and pastures new.
