I spoke to Nick Gilbert about how he gets things done from his base, at the UK headquarters in Richmond, Surrey "Nine times out of ten customers want sustainable financial benefits and our plan has always included an operational element, such as improvements in customer service or manufacturing processes," says Nick, "That's central to our consulting and methodology because what we believe is that consultancy isn't about giving advice, it's about changing the business."
