BAS COMPUTER TRENDING CHILLED WATER USAGE IN DOLLARS: The BAS computer shall collect pertinent electrical (energy, kWh, kW) consumption from electrical power panel EPFNL-1 and BAS control and metering devices to determine operating cost. Those components providing input to the software program are: 1. Electrical energy for air conditioning during the cooling season via electrical meter EM-1; 2. Outdoor air temperature (drybulb and wetbulb) via OATT (outdoor air temperature [enthalpy]); 3. Chilled water supply temperature transmitter via CHW-STT (chilled water supply temperature); 4. Chilled water return temperature transmitter via CHWRTT (chilled water return temperature); 5. Chilled water in gpm via CHWM (chilled water flow); and 6. Cost of energy at $0.09/kWh.
