This Pennsylvania elementary school picked up LEED~® Gold certification while costing less per square foot than the state average for schools. That's not "new math," just the reality of what smartly integrated systems can do combined with available technology. A couple of unexpected lessons got delivered along the way, but the facility remains on pace to overachieve with underfloor air, to sense success with CO_2 monitoring, and more.
