This "Back2Basics" series will focus on engineering, constructing, and operating an HVAC system serving a typical strip mall retain store. Approximately 70% of HVAC systems are decentralized, and tor this application, this HVAC system is a standard de-centralized system installation. Retail applications include small stores, discount and supercenter stores, supermarkets, department stores, convenience tenters, regional shopping centers, and multiple-use complexes.
