Lead the Way

I have been in this position for about 19 months as of December, and I have seen many changes in the Engineer Regiment and in the Army. As we go through these changes, we must accept the idea that change should be a core competency. Change is inevitable in our military, and change must continue for us to move forward. Some of the things we have done in the past are no longer relevant for today's Army.
