Lead the Way

Greetings! After passing the 5-month mark in this position, I must first say how proud I am of our great Regiment. I will also discuss a number of initiatives that will impact the Engineer Regiment and the entire U.S. Army. Some initiatives that have drawn a great deal of attention are the new Noncommissioned Officer Evaluation Report (NCOER); the Select, Train, Educate, and Promote (STEP) initiatives; the reintroduction of common core instruction into the Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development System; and the use of the One Army School System (OASS).
