Training MRBCs

When maneuver commanders require gap-crossing capability, they appropriately rely on MRBCs to conduct every aspect of their assigned missionessential task list by employing the full capacity and all of the capabilities inherent to the company. And, as Task Force Fighter learned during Operation Gauntlet, there are some aspects of an MRBC portfolio that are not trained frequently enough or at a sufficient scale. The 5th Engineer Battalion has already begun incorporating these lessons learned into future training plans for MRBCs and recommends the same to the entire Engineer Regiment.
