Greetings from the U.S. Army Engineer School. In the past year, we selected more than 50 new warrant officers to join our cohort. Our instructors trained more than 50 Warrant Officer Basic Course (WOBC) students, 52 Warrant Officer Advanced Course (WOAC) students, and 19 Warrant Officer Intermediate-Level Education Follow-On students at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. This is a testament to the hard work that our instructors, training developers, and Engineer personnel development staff are performing to ensure that we bring in and train the best warrant officers in the Army. The U.S. Army Human Resources Command continues to manage our warrant officers to ensure that the right warrant officer is in the right position to provide commanders and leaders with sound engineering technical advice.
