2011 AUG 3 - (VerticalNews.com) -- According to the authors of a study fromrnTamil Nadu, India, "Thin films of TiO2 were grown on alumina and silicon substrates throughrnvarious deposition routes, namely, radio frequency sputtering, pulsed laser deposition and sprayrnpyrolysis. The films were characterised using X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, scanningrnelectron microscopy and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy."
