EESF INTERACTS WITH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PRINCIPALS

Your reporter attended the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP) in Anaheim, California on April 11-13, 2003, to promote the Safe-T Rider program. The convention provided the Elevator Escalator Safety Foundation (EESF) an opportunity to gain exposure to more than 5,000 decision-making elementary and middle school principals from all 50 states and points beyond. This is the largest gathering of school administrators with an exclusive focus on elementary and middle school issues which dovetails with the Foundation's target audience of second- and third-grade classrooms. Convention attendees use this opportunity to search the exhibit area for products and services that can support their work. The Foundation signed 40 school principals and over 3,300 second graders for the free Safe-T Rider program.
