摘要

The main purpose of this paper was to analyze the complexity of the FDHTFH, which combines both Hilbertian filtering and fractional delay filtering in one step utilizing the Farrow structure. We managed to show that Farrow structure together with the decomposition of FDHTF into two Variable Fractional Delay Rotated (VFDR) filters, allows for significant reduction of the number of computations. Simple modifications of structure were shown, which utilized (anti-)symmetry conditions of filter's coefficients. That allowed significant reduction of numerical complexity of the filter. Therefore it makes a feasible solution, more attractive than hitherto used in the literature. Moreover, we proved the usage of FDHTF into the adaptive sub-sample estimation algorithm, as an alternative to the casbaded connection of Hilbert Filter and FDF.
