The conventionalrnexperimental systems available at present at universities and technical colleges are generally inflexible, instruction-based and closed ended systems, which enable neither the instructor nor the student to modify the experimental procedures, or permit the development of new procedures.rnThe Smart Experimental Management System (SEMS) has many novel and original features which are superior to those of current experimental sets and provides solutions to overcome the drawbacks of these sets. Moreover, with its software configured flexible nature, it can be continuously upgraded and adapted to newrntechnologies and methods, according to the demands and suggestions of the instructors.
