Assa Abloy ITG companies merge to join forces

In a major move, Assa Abloy has created Assa Abloy Identification Technologies (ITG), by merging five companies: ACG Identification Technologies, Novacard do Brasil, Omnikey, Sokymat Group and VisionCard. In the last few years, Assa Abloy had acquired several companies in the identification market, which needed an effective integration under one umbrella.
