New SIG formed to set standards for solar industry to lower costs

A special interest group (SIG), lead by SunPower has been formed with the aim of setting the set protocols and standards needed within the so-lar industry to enable lower total sys-tem costs, an ongoing issue with re-spect to distributed power control systems (DPCS).rnSolarBridge Technologies and Tigo Energy have already joined the task force and the group is encouraging others to join.
