RF spiral inductors handle 1-100nH range

Vishay Intertechnology Inc. debuts a series of RF spiral inductors for wire bonded assemblies that featuresrnlow DCR to 0.26 O, High Q to 18 at 1000 MHz and a wide range of inductance values. The Vishay Electro-Films PSC are supported by an available RF equivalent circuit model, which allows designers to generate highly accurate computer simulations of component performance. The PSC inductors are designed for RF circuits that require wire-bondable components, including impedance tuning circuits, lumped element filters, and hybrid RF ICs in communications systems and test and measurement instrumentation.
