Microchip launches world's first analog-based power management controller with integrated MCU

Microchip Technology Inc., a leading provider of microcontroller, mixed-signal, analog and Flash-IP solutions, announced its MCP19111, the world's first Digitally Enhanced Power Analog controller, which expands Microchip's diverse range of intelligent DC/DC power-conversion solutions. Microchip also announced the expansion of its high-speed MOSFET family, with the new MCP87018, MCP87030, MCP87090 and MCP87130. These are 25V-rated,1.8m?,3m?,9 m? and 13 m? logic-level MOSFETs that are optimised specifically for Switched-Mode-Power-Supply (SMPS) applications.
