Der Artikel zeigt den Weg von TBP hin zu seinem beispiellosen Level der System-Integration des MES im Fertigungsbereich des Unternehmens. Zunächst werden die Anforderungen für ein fertigungsweites Softwaresystem aufgezeigt, anschließend werden die Systemauswahlkriterien, Details zur Inbetriebnahme, erste Ergebnisse aus dem Einsatz sowie die wirtschaftlichen Vorteile des Projekts vorgestellt.%This paper explores the path TBP took to arrive at their exceptional level of MES system integration throughout theirfactory. It first explores the business requirements that led TBP to seek a factory-wide software system, their selection approach, insights on deployment, the results gained from the deployment, and the business benefits of the project.
