Envirowise has used its expertise to help increasing numbers of businesses develop more environmentally friendly product and packaging designs. And with research by the programme showing that around a third of consumers would favour an electrical or electronic product designed with low environmental impact (34.4%), minimal packaging (35%) or recyclability (31.6%) in mind, it is clear there is both an environmental and commercial motivation to act.
