V-Works 24 Vapour Phase rework station

Vapor Works, a division of R&D Technical Services, recently introduced V-Works Vapour Phase rework station. The Vapour Works division was formed to service the single component rework sector of the electronics industry. Forty years of combined vapour phase experience went into the development of V-Works 24. V-Works 24 is designed as a single component rework tool using vapour phase technology to transfer heat for the removal and replacement of single components and connectors on circuit boards. The tool uses proven vapour phase technology to deliver uniform condensation heat transfer to the single component rework environment. The V-Works 24 allows users to utilise the absolute limits of maximum temperatures, small delta at peak temperatures, and the heat transfer ability that vapour phase is known for, in order to remove and replace single components. The V-Works 24 solves many problems plaguing the rework sector of the electronics industry; specifically in lead-free applications.
