PHILIPS SELLS ITS REMAINING STAKE IN LG DISPLAY

Royal Philips Electronics has announced it has sold its remaining stake in LG Display to investors in a capital markets transaction. The transaction will provide Philips with net proceeds of approximately EUR630 million.
