Array architecture for computing discrete Fourier transform to assist semiconductor device modelling

An array architecture composed of Givens rotors is proposed to assist semiconductor device modelling with a numerically stable and highly accurate Fourier method. The interconnection pattern within the array is regular and is governed by an easily obtainable permutation cycle.
