Design of low-sidelobe pulse compression waveforms

摘要

The authors describe a technique for the design of a radar waveform with ultralow range sidelobes (>60 dB), suitable for use in a satellite-borne rain radar, and present a design procedure for optimum performance. The basis of a scheme for adaptive compensation of amplitude and phase errors is also briefly mentioned.
