Virtually crosstalk-free wavelength routing network architecture

摘要

Improved crosstalk performance of multistage wavelength routing networks is highlighted. Two major properties are observed: m-stage N/spl times/N wavelength routing networks achieve a superior crosstalk figure by /spl sim/10log[(N-1)/ln(N)] dB than that of single-stage networks, and serve as N/sup 1-1/m//spl times/N/sup 1-1/m/ virtually crosstalk-free wavelength routing networks.
