Method for realising reversible integer type-Ⅳ discrete cosine transform

摘要

A novel method for realising reversible integer discrete cosine transform type Ⅳ (DCT-Ⅳ) is presented. The method is derived by first constructing a transform matrix using DCT-Ⅳ matrix, then factorising the transform matrix into the product of three lifting matrices. The proposed method exhibits low rounding number and is the most accurate to the floating-point DCT-Ⅳ transform.
