Adaptive intra refresh for ROI video coding based on motion extrapolated error estimation

摘要

A new error estimation method based on motion extrapolation is proposed to estimate distortion propagation. The region of interest area information is combined into the end to end distortion model to improve the perceptual performance. Simulations show that this method can provide much better subjective feeling than other methods.
