摘要

A high performance all-PMOS charge pump for low-voltage operations is proposed. According to the simulation results, the output voltage and power efficiency are improved by factors of 97 and 75.33% at 2 MHz for a power supply voltage of 1.5V, respectively, compared to conventional topology. A 12-stage charge pump circuit is implemented and measured to show good agreement.
