Elimination of line dimming artefact in liquid crystal display monitors

摘要

A new technology for improved dynamic performance of liquid crystal monitors is presented. The limitation and additional artefact of conventional overdrive are addressed and new requirements are expressed. The proposed overdrive improves line dimming effectively without any additional artefacts.
