摘要

A digitally tuned Gm-C filter with a V_(DD)/temperature-compensating digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) is presented. By using the proposed DAC, the bandwidth sensitivities to V_(DD) and temperature variations of a Gm-C filter can be decreased without repeated frequency tuning. The measured bandwidth sensitivities are as low as 1.2%/100℃ and 1.7%/V for temperature and V_(DD), respectively.
