摘要

The frame slotted aloha-based medium access control (MAC) protocol for low energy critical infrastructure monitoring networks under non-saturated traffic scenarios (packets arrive to and queue in the buffer) is analysed. The results can be used in the design of a system by providing optimum system parameters for endpoints satisfying a given quality of service. The model is validated against simulation.
