Taiwan's Bureau of High Speed Rail says construction of a 65km railway linking the capital, Taipei, to Taoyuan International Airport will be completed in August 2014, Passenger services will begin two months later.rnThe line will have 22 stations, 15 of themrnelevated and seven underground.rnBureau spokesman Charles Chen said four tunnels will have to be drilled under the airport.
