The MTU1 series 1-W isolated surface-mount dc/dc converters feature a 8.2 × 8.4 × 8.5-mm volume and are 50% smaller than the previous-generation converter. They have a power density of 1.71 W/cm~3 and have a temperature performance at full load, between -40° and 85℃. The series is suited for industrial, test and measurement, process control applications, and all application segments where an isolated surface-mount converter is needed.
