摘要

A model of the scheduling is considered in non-homogeneous computational systems (CS). Two main problems are defined which are solved by schedulers in CS of this type, these are distribution and optimization. The scheduling problem solution in parallel CS is shown to demand the change of approaches to the organization of process. The ON-LINE and OFF-LINE parts of schedulers and their functions are defined. The function of filling quality is justified for the input call flow distribution for free resources taking into account space-time limitations and demands to the schedule systems.
