Agilent Technologies Inc. is making the first major expansion of its 169xx line of mainframe logic analyzers in two years, adding deeper memory to support high-speed serial interconnects such as PCI Express, as well as adding support for FPGA architectures from Altera Corp. The company is introducing both a two-slot chassis, the 16901A, and two 68-channel analyzer modules, the 16950B and 16951B.
