Europhobes will quake to their very core when they learn that the European Commission is looking at standardising cable regulations. Yet, as with many things European, their anger and concern might be based on misinformation backed by fears of a further loss of British identity. So sit back and start to shake, for that is what's happening. At any rate that is what is planned to happen - just not yet.
