The public money, in the public sector namely TNEB is pilfered by wind mill operators of this category by this adjustment. The remedy is that instead of adjusting the Electricity produced, by Induction type alternators of private wind mill operators, with the electric power used by the above operators from TNEB source straight away, the 'Barter'system, the Electricity produced by the wind mill owner may be paid at the prevailing rate by TNEB and the Electricity consumed by the concerned wind mill operators from TNEB may be charged at the prevailing rate and adjustment can be done in terms of money. There by exploitation of public money through TNEB, a public sector can be arrested.
