If Yoursis One Of The 5 Million American Businesses That receives an Economic Census form this month, do yourself―and all of us―a favor. Fill it out as accurately as possible and return it to the U.S. Census Bureau by the Feb. 12 deadline. The Economic Census is conducted every five years to make it possible to develop a comprehensive portrait of the American economy from the national to the local level. The same law that requires businesses to file it also ensures the confidentiality of individual responses.
