Neca's government affairs effort is guided by the philosophy that our influence on legislation impacting the electrical contracting industry is greatest when the members of Congress hear directly from their constituents, NECA's member-contractors. This philosophy was recently put into practice when more than 100 NECA contractors and NECA chapter executives ventured into Washington D.C. for the NECA 2008 Legislative Conference.
