It now is used as a walkway.rnBut the lights that illuminate thernwalkway, and the security system tornprovide assistance to thoserncrossing its expanse, have hadrna much shorter lifespan. In fact,rnAll Bright Electric only completedrnthe lighting installation in March 2010.rnAll Bright also installed surveillancerncameras, a suicide-prevention phonernand speaker system on the bridge.
