You also must make broader forecasts about how to keep your business profitable in light of economic fluctuations, your personal future and now COVID-19. Putting together a magazine or two every month also takes strategy and planning. I had to figure out last year what would be relevant and interest readers right now. Ha ha. That worked out great. However, Sun Tzu* writes: "Do not repeat the tactics which have gained you one victory, but let your methods be regulated by the infinite variety of circumstances." So our staff pivots, commissions new articles and continues to edit and keep you up to date. In this issue, we bring you the second part of the Profile of the Electrical Contractor, which focuses on delivery models, collaboration and the EC's level of influence in specifications.
