NECA 2018 Annual Report Sustainable, Viable, Imaginable

The National Electrical Contractors Association has focused on becoming more sustainable, viable and imaginable since the beginning of President David Long's term 12 months ago. On these fronts, NECA made considerable progress in 2018. Notable accomplishments include the growth of the NECA Learning Center; the expansion of the Communication and Marketing team to better engage NECA's diverse stakeholders; the development and launch of the NECA Service Network; and several legislative victories. NECA's annual convention and trade show, which returned to Philadelphia this fall, drew more than 10,000 participants and approximately 300 exhibitors over four days of education, networking and interactive experiences. Additionally, a sitting U.S. president visited the event for the first time in NECA's history.
